Charmhaven may be small but it has some great accommodation options, whether you are looking at renting houses in Charmhaven or buying to settle for the long term. The large blocks with gently sloping lawns along Panorama avenue have the Budgewoi Lake as their backyard and are of course the most coveted houses Charmhaven has to offer – and with good reason! But anywhere along Charmhaven’s long narrow strip of populated area still offers good access to the lake and a short trip into the main street of town. Neighbourhood streets are wide and tree lined with plenty of park lands and bike paths for the kids and the dogs and the Australian dream can not only befound here, but snapped up for a pretty reasonable price too – considering the lifestyle benefits of the region.
